• Stage C: Asymptomatic Severe
• Stage D: Symptomatic Severe

Evaluation¶

• Diastolic or Continuous
  • Echocardiogram
• Systolic
  • Grad III or >, holosystolic, late systolic
    • Echocardiogram
  • Grade I/II and midsystolic
    • Signs or symptoms of cardiac disease
      • Echocardiogram
    • Asymptomatic and no findings
      • Abnormal ECG or CXR
        • Echocardiogram
      • Normal ECG and CXR
        • No further workup
